HomeLab n8n is a personal, self-hosted automation application operated for private use.
When authorised by the account owner, the application uses Google Gmail permissions to send automated reports and notifications. The application accesses only the Google account data required for its configured workflows.
OAuth credentials and workflow information are stored in the operator's self-hosted n8n environment. Information is not sold or shared with advertisers. Information may be transmitted to Google as necessary to send messages.
Workflow execution records and credentials are retained according to the operator's n8n configuration. The account owner can revoke Google access at any time through their Google Account security settings.
